Help pages

I hear on [1] that this is meant as help page. Unless it's a FAQ for en.wiki (which it seems to be), it should be placed on mw: so that all wikis can benefit from it: if not now, when AFT will no longer be an en.wiki-specific tool. Thanks, Nemo 08:04, 18 July 2012 (UTC)

It's pretty much an enwiki-specific thing. Sticking it on MediaWiki would be putting it somewhere where no wiki can easily access it - and since it's not exactly internationalised, language-wise, not necessarily help :). Once internationalisation is done with and we look at porting, we'll start having a conversation about how to handle documentation across wikis. Okeyes (WMF) (talk) 14:25, 18 July 2012 (UTC)

Example needs updating

It seems this is just a problem with my old Web browser; I recently had the opportunity to use a newer system and the Feedback link appeared. Unfortunately my own OS (Apple’s “Panther”) doesn’t seem to support any browser modern enough to show it.—Odysseus1479 (talk) 22:44, 20 October 2012 (UTC)

Feedback on Debye model states that there are

 5 posts about this page

while there are only 4 posts. It states further that

 75% found what they were looking for

Unresolved filter.

Often when I am looking at the feedback for my watch-list, I am looking for what things need to be improved on those pages. Items that have already been resolved are not that useful in that regard. I would like a new filter to be added to the existing list called "Unresolved" that would show all items except the items marked as resolved. Having a filter that does not show items marked as Resolved or Abusive posts would also be quite useful; perhaps called "Actionable". Nutster (talk) 05:47, 12 March 2013 (UTC)

Article feedback form on non-article pages

Should the 'Wikipedia would like to hear what you think of this article' box be on non-article pages such as Wikipedia:Article wizard, Wikipedia:Who writes Wikipedia, and others? Pseudonymous Rex (talk) 20:56, 4 May 2013 (UTC)

At the moment it's opt-in; if you're willing to triage the feedback for a page, you can stick it wherever you want :). Having said that I'm not entirely sure if it's capable of being displayed on pages in non-article namespaces. I would note that, in my experience, the feedback from help pages isn't that helpful :/. I wasn't clear. It does (or did, in the case of Wikipedia:Article wizard - another user has since listed it in the feedback blacklist category) appear on those pages. I saw feedback left for those pages on the main feedback feed, and comments left for those pages really aren't helpful; users seemed more confused. Pseudonymous Rex (talk) 23:55, 6 May 2013 (UTC)

How do I put this in articles I work on????

I'm sorry, but I've been looking through the pages for 20 minutes and I can't find how to put the feedback tool into pages I've been writing. Can someone leave a message on my talk page telling me how to do this? Thanks in advance! Wikidea 21:12, 29 November 2013 (UTC)

Some articles show 31 reader comments but no way to add a 32nd
