Given are the years of the first and last official maps the routes appear on (note that the "1921" map is actually from 1924, and postdates the other 1924 map - it seems to match 1925 pretty well; also 1943 looks to be a reprint of 1941 with the new governor's name added). These are not always the exact years the routes were created or eliminated.
