Description[edit]
A project that will dedicate time solely to creating and editing Wikipedia articles about British gangsters. Although Wikiproject British Crime creates and edits articles regarding crimes committed, there is little focus on the criminals themselves. There are a large number of prominent British gangsters that don't have Wikipedia articles, or there is little or poorly referenced information about them.

I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say "there is little focus on the criminals themselves" at Wikipedia:WikiProject British crime? The three featured articles within the project are all on criminals. Criminals are clearly within the scope of the project. You might want to try asking the editors at WikiProject British crime if they'd like to create a "British gangsters task force" within the project. Mlm42 (talk) 00:13, 26 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
