The Vancouver 2015 Art + Feminism editathon is shaping up to be a major event! Hosted and supported by the University of British Columbia (UBC), the Vancouver Art Gallery (VAG), and Emily Carr University, the events will be happening at all three locations, spread over the week of March 2-8. We will be starting off with two information sessions at the VAG and UBC, then three days of editing at Emily Carr and UBC. All are welcome to this free event, from novice editors and experienced Wikipedians, to librarians, archivists, artists, curators and art fans - if you're interested, drop by!

Information sessions

  • Information Session #1: Monday March 2nd @ 3pm in Irving K. Barber Learning Centre, Dodson Room 302 - 1961 East Mall, UBC Campus
  • Information Session #2: Tuesday March 3rd @ 7pm, 2nd floor of Gallery Annex, 750 Hornby St., Vancouver Art Gallery Library
(These 2 Sessions will cover the same material)

Main event

  • University of British Columbia Event Date: March 7 & 8, 2015 - 11-5pm - Drop in anytime! (Demo Sessions @ 11am & 2pm)
  • Venue: Buchanan B204/B202 at the University of British Columbia
  • Emily Carr Library Event Date: March 6th, 11-5pm & March 7th, 1-5pm
  • Venue: Emily Carr University of Art + Design Library, 1400 Johnston St., Granville Island (Emily Carr University South Building, Main Floor)
