Meh. I see that Yamla has declined the unblock request, and I'm inclined to let it be. I know I'm probably being too soft on this person, and that they'll probably end up with an indef in another day or two; certainly if any other admin wants to make a different choice, that's fine by me. But if their disruption is currently contained to their talk page, then I feel it's best to let sleeping dogs lie, even if they're growling in their sleep. Their latest posts did not repeat the legal threat, so I'm going to refrain from removing TPA for now so that they can read my most recent post explaining the situation; however, if the personal attacks continue from here on out, removing TPA will be done in short order.
