Nomination of Duke Elvis for deletion[edit]

Hello VictorHB, follow the link to Articles for deletion page and add your reasons there as to why you think the article should be kept. That way when an Administrator closes the discussion they can take you views into account. If they still decide to delete it then it may be because they think the article does not show Duke Elvis to be notable by Wikipedia standards, rather than because he is not notable. If this is the case I suggest you could try the "find sources" links on the deletion page to get more information that could be used to try to rewrite the article using the Wikipedia:Articles for creation page - I found this very helpful when I was new to Wikipedia. This page was only created out of observation that a notable and public figure in the Nigerian movie industry such as Duke Elvis did not have a wiki page. Duke Elvis is featured in quite a number of movies and a very popular TV series The Johnsons where he played one of the major comic roles as ABULU. He is also a movie producer working on his first production project stated to be out this year. Duke Elvis has a large fan base both online and offline in Nigeria and other parts of Africa, this can be seen on his social media accounts and on the internet. Duke Elvis has made a whole lot of contributions to the Nigerian movie industry and as such deserves a wiki page. The proof to all what I have said can be found within the page by using the Citations and links in the page. So I am not in support of the Deletion of this page. Thank you. I am not related or working with the person of interest DUKE ELVIS, neither do I have any form of personal relationship with him. I edited the page based on the knowledge I have of Duke Elvis. Please I don't understand the citations you said you need,I added citations and somehow it seems to have been removed. I'll add them back again. And please could you point out the parts of the article that needs improvement. You could also help me in improving and making edits as well as other editors, I also noticed that you removed the early Life section on Seun Osigbesan page that I added. Hello, HELP:Maintenance template removal states that templates can be removed if and when the issue is resolved and while removing an edit summary should be added which I did add after removing it and it also states that whether issue is resolved or not template will not be removed automatically, it would have to be removed by me or someone else. And I think the issue concerning me being related to the subject has been resolved because as I said I am in no way related to or have any contact with Seun Osigbesan so that's why I removed the template. Calling myself, Versace1608, & Nnadigoodluck idiots as you did here just confirms what I knew all along which is you never were here to build an encyclopedia but rather to stylishly & sneakily create articles for two non notable individuals you clearly had a COI with. Imagine calling the three most active Nigerian editors carrying 90% of the work load as pertains Nigeria related articles “idiots” is something, well, a person named Victor should typically not do but hey what do I know right? Furthermore @VictorHB, from our discussions here on my talk page where I put it to you that you were an experienced old editor operating under a new account to conduct a paid editing service or to evade a block, you just proved me right by knowing about the “Retired” template. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any new kid who spent less than 10 days on the block know about templates or how to use it but of course this isn’t your first time on the block obviously.
