Diverse Magazine? This adds no value of any description. These are awards to pump uo their circulation, and are broadly irrelevant. Her career needs to speak for itself

You are concentrating on what she is, not what makes her notable.

With regard to WP:NPROF while her book is well cited, the other papers fall way below that. Does she have a track record ion Academe? Please show it, with references
