@Jake Wartenberg: Not knowing any of the details behind the request, my answer is: I don't know. Why is the editor editing from a webhost? Is it because the range has changed hands, and/or we need to adjust the block? Would it be appropriate to unblock the redacted range? Has the editor followed the procedure laid out at WP:IPECPROXY, if this is a case that meets the criteria there? ^{!ɘM γɿɘυϘ}⅃ϘƧ 11:27, 19 August 2021 (UTC)
