Autoblock error info

I may be blocked because I am using the Wi-Fi that my apartment complex provides to all residents. Here is the error message I am receiving: "The IP address that you are currently using has been blocked because it is believed to be a web host provider. Please be 100% certain you are not using a proxy or a VPN. If you are, please remove it and wait a full 24 hours for the block to clear.
