Hi, My my IP Got Blocked.[edit]

Hi, I don't know why you blocked me and adding I don't know that user nor do i adhere any of his action. I just started out with wikipedia I read an article about her so thought creating a article about her if there is anything wrong with creating an article about someone then i might not know when this started on wikipedia.
