Editing with a conflict of interest[edit]

If, as seems possible by your username, you are Erin B. Mee, the daughter of playwright Charles L. Mee, then you clearly have a conflict of interest in regard to the subject of that article. Please read WP:COI and familiarize yourself with our rules about editing with a conflict of interest. Also of interest to you would be WP:PROMO, which points out that Wikipedia is not a promotional medium, and therefore should not be used to promote any idea, organization or person -- including your own career as a theatrical director. At this moment, having just cleaned up the article, I do not think you have crossed over the line. The article is fairly neutral and well-sourced, but you should be careful about maintaining a neutral point of view in your writing, and continue to provide citations from reliable sources for any factual matters. Thanks, and best, BMK (talk) 04:12, 9 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Ferry Play[edit]

Hello ErinBMee,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Ferry Play for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. ubiquity (talk) 15:49, 21 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 17:06, 21 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Podplay[edit]

Hello, ErinBMee. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Podplay".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13. An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. RichT|C|E-Mail 11:36, 23 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

March 2016[edit]

Information icon Please do not write or add to an article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you.
