Advocate Ngwako Joseph Ramafalo(born 05 May 1968) is the fourth son of Mohale George Ramafalo AKA Macherey and Maselaelo Sarah Ramaflo. He was born in Jokong Village and attended his primary School at Thabisong Primary School in 1974. His father died in February 1978 while he was still in standard two, as a result of having no funds to further his studies, he went to Kuranta village with his mother where his Grand mother Mamaropeng Mafa paid his tuition in a new school called Kgobakanang Primary School.
