Chandra Sekhar was born in 1986 in Ganikapudi, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. He studied matriculation examination in 2001, from Z.P.High school Gottipadu.

Chandra Sekhar completed B.Sc and post graduation M.C.A form Acharya Nagarjuna University.
