This template creates a userbox that indicates that you have suffered a combat induced posttraumatic stress disorder.
To use this userbox template, place the following Wikitext on your user page:

year is the optional 4-digit year number of the user's first encounter with severe combat trauma.month is the optional month number of the user's first encounter with severe combat trauma.
