Mark Spitz equal record holder with Doug Russell

I have put Doug Russell in as he was an ommission from the list. He was equal world record holder in the event with Spitz until Spitz lowered the mark again. This is recognised in the ISHOF list itself and also on the 1985 ISHOF induction record of Doug Russell which lists him as having held the 100m Butterfly world recordt. {Boroughswimmer (talk) 08:28, 13 January 2008 (UTC)}
