Thomas Owens is an American football WR for the Massachusetts Pirates of the National Arena League. He played college football at Florida International and was undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Jackson at Atlantic Community High School…named a 2013 Palm Beach Post All-Area Honorable Mention… played in the High School Clash of Scholar Athletes game, playing for the Palm Beach County All-Stars against Georgia All-Stars…lined up as Atlantic’s starting quarterback and safety…also lined up as a wide receiver and a return specialist…tallied four touchdowns his senior year and his team won District Championships his junior season…also played basketball, as he has averaged 12.6 points per game throughout his career at Atlantic Community.[1]

Massachusetts Pirates[edit]

After going undrafted in 2018, Owens signed with the Massachusetts Pirates of the National Arena League on January 20, 2019. In Owens first season he was named NAL Offensive Rookie of the Year with 59 receptions, 577 yards and 10 TDS.[3]
