One of the major problems with this article is that it doesn't clearly define when or where this supposed style was used. This was removed: "Polite architecture describes a style of mostly 19th century Western European, especially British, buildings constructed for wealthy clients" but I think it would be better to modify and clarify it. The way the article reads now polite architecture is every architectural style ever conceived and is simply being used to describe architecture and ornaments of architecture. Please help!!! Comment Childofmidnight, 'polite architecture' does not refer to one style. It is a conceptual term under which all aesthitically led styles and fashions can be categorised under.
