Tourist crossing now possible?[edit]

It would seem that YPT, a Western travel agency that specialises in tours of N. Korea, is offering tours that enter N. Korea via Russia by train. This seems to contradict the article's suggestion that Western tourists are not normally allowed to enter N. Korea via this route. Muzilon (talk) 15:20, 26 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

There is no evidence Noktundo is in Russia[edit]
