Copyright violation[edit]
I've removed two large lists that were copied verbatim from http://archive.ramsar.org/cda/en/ramsar-documents-montreux-montreux-record/main/ramsar/1-31-118%5E20972_4000_0__ and are probable copyright violations. It's possible that the content is indeed presumed to be copyleft/public domain under some government licence, but since I've found no copyright info on the website I have to presume it's copyrighted.
