Twinned town in Martakert Artsakh and not Azerbaijan[edit]
@FromPrague The twinning has been with the Artsakh authorities of Martakert and the twinning is not really transferable.
Like in the case of Turkish Samsun it is twinned with a town in Northern Cyprus, not Cyprus. No matter how much the world does not recognise N.Cyprus, the twinning is done with their authorities. So please change it, or stop reverting when the others change. GuggiePrg (talk) 15:04, 19 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
All the list shows consistently the city and the de iure country where the city is located, for geographic orientation. I have no interest in getting involved in politics, it is just a uniform standard. I don't understand the complaints. FromCzech (talk) 16:30, 19 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
