How does this rainforest differ from the forests in central Europe? Why is it all classified as rainforest? Is this scientific or historical? --Ghormax (talk) 01:09, 17 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Similarly, while I'm no scientist and I have never actually been to Japan, the information I've read thus-far would anecdotally point to the Japanese temperate rainforests being at least somewhat similar to the Appalachian temperate rainforest of the Great Smokey Mountains Nintendo Maniac 64 (talk) 00:07, 17 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
