After the outcome of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Chasan Villa, the administrator who closed the AfD mentioned that editors could “place a redirect on-top of the deletion and merge in some of the content, they can through normal editorial channels.” The redirect has been completed and I will perform this merging maintenance (along with looking through the revision history on this page to see if there was prior detail or references that the article would benefit from being added back in) and post on this thread once that has been completed.
