Better map of dump sites[edit]
The EPA has a better map of the dump sites, in one of the cited documents. Because the map was prepared by EPA, a govt ogranization, it is in public domain and can be used in this article. When someone has time, they should obtain that map, and upload it to Wiki commons, and use that "official" map here in this article, instead of the manually created map that is used now.
