The Hindu warriors ??? There were no such Warriors in Goa. Rama in Portuguese means “Branch of a tree or a Bush”.The Valmiki Ramayana and The Ramcharitmanas by Tulsidas has never mentioned that Lord Rama visited Goa.Homonym of Ram or Rama in different Languages like Rama in Portuguese means “Branch of a tree or a Bush” and Ram in Aramaic means “high place or mountain”. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Francome (talkcontribs) 07:03, 1 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The Portuguese left Goa in 1961, so the sentence "Later, this fort housed a government prison till 1955 and was abandoned again" is incorrect. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.38.172.163 (talk) 05:23, 26 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
