To the following setence that provides additional information about the house:
- "In 1896, while serving as district attorney, Bradley V. Sargent Jr. commissioned architect William H. Weeks to design the B. V. Sargent House. The construction of this house cost $7,500, (equivalent to $274,680 in 2023)."^[1]
