A detail about a yard[edit]
She was repaired at the Crichton-Vulcan shipyard, who was paid FIM 1.25 million for the work, and on 15 December 1923 her name was translated to Apu, meaning "assistance" in Finnish.
Crichton-Vulcan was formed in 1924, so presumably the vessel was either repaired at Ab Crichton or Ab Vulcan. --Gwafton (talk) 17:36, 24 April 2013 (UTC)
