Born in Otepää^[1] (June 16,1987), Roland Seer is an Estonian^[2] animator, art teacher at Tartu Kunstikool^[3] and music. He is the founder of Tartu multifilm and Co-founder of Ö-Stuudio in Tartu^[4], Tehase-19a.
