Madhavi Latha Kompella is an Indian businessperson from the Indian state of Telangana. She currently heads as the Chairperson of the Virinchi Hospitals, in Hyderabad, Telangana..[1]. During the 2024 Indian general elections, she was contesting the Hyderabad Lok Sabha Constituency as a nominee of the Bharatiya Janatha Party[2]

She is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer as well as a one time NCC Cadet.[3].

A criminal case was filed against her at Begum Bazar Police Station under Section 295-A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The accusation leveled against her was that she mimicked shooting an imaginary arrow towards the Masjid situated at the Siddi Amber Bazar circle.[4] During the elections to the Lok Sabha 2024, a video had surfaced depicting Latha verifying the voter ID cards of Muslim women by requesting them to remove their burqas for identification purposes. This incident occurred when she visited a polling booth in Azampur constituency.[5]
