Douglas "Doug" Warner is an American executive, community leader, and philanthropist known for his involvement in economic development and philanthropy.

Early life and education[edit]

Warner was born in Elizabethtown, North Carolina, and received his education at Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina, earning a bachelor's degree in business and political science. He later obtained a master's degree in international marketing from The Citadel.[1][2]

Career[edit]

Warner began his career in the United States Army Reserves before transitioning to the private sector. He has held positions in various organizations, including the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce and Hill Construction Corp.

Warner has served on the boards of several organizations, including the Medical University of South Carolina's Children's Hospital Board and the Alliance for Full Acceptance Board.

He is also known for his fundraising efforts, which have provided auction services to non-profit organizations for years[3]

Military service[edit]

Warner served in the United States Army Reserves for 14 years [4], including deployment to Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm.
