The Battle Of Mount Armenia was battle fought between The Kayı Tribe and The Byzantine governor of İnegöl Nicholas.The battle was one of the first bloody battles Osman I has ever fought.The battle started when The İnegöl Governor Nicholas was going to Constantinople to discuss stuff with Emperor Andronikos II.Osman was planning to ambush Nicholas but Nicholas Knew about this through Osman's Uncle Dündar Bey who told Nicholas about the ambush Osman was planning.Nicholas set an small army commanded by his loyal Commander and friend Flatiyous to hide in a Forest. When Osman and his troops came to centre of the field Osman thought this would be a easy battle but he wasn't prepared for what came next Flatiyous's Army of about 200 archers and infantrymen started firing Volleys of Arrows in the process Saru Batu Savci Bey's Son Bayhoca Osman's Nephew was killed by Flatiyous.Then both armies stormed at the centre in circling Osman's Army the Kayıs suffered heavy casualties but they were able to retreat to a forest later Osman and his armies went inside a cave to escape the Byzantines and were able to escape them some Of Osman's Men stayed to fend of the Byzantine archers.After the battle Osman's Nephew Bayhoca died of his injuries and became a Shaheed (Martyr) this resulted in Osman to capture The Byzantine Castle of Kulucahisar the battle was solved meaning nobody won the Battle
