Ahmed Taha Mansour is an Egyptian businessman and the CEO of Cred Developments, a real estate development firm based in Cairo, Egypt. Under his leadership, Cred Developments has been involved in several significant projects that have impacted Cairo's urban development.[1]

Early Life and Education:[edit]

Ahmed Taha Mansour was born on June 22, 1988, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and later moved to Egypt. He studied at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport,[2]where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering in 2010, finishing second in his class. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).[3]

Mansour began his career in the real estate and construction sectors at Masrya International Group (MIG),[4] where he gained experience in various roles and eventually served as Vice President. In 2017, he founded Cred Developments, previously known as Castle[5]. Mansour has over 14 years of industry experience and has led Cred Developments to become a notable entity in Egypt's real estate sector.[6]

Cred Developments has undertaken several projects under Mansour's leadership, including Castle Landmark (CLM)[7], Ever - West Cairo, and Ever New Cairo.[8] These projects focus on urban solutions and sustainable development practices[9]

Major Projects[edit]

  • Castle Landmark (CLM): Spanning 43 acres with an investment of 3.7 billion pounds, CLM offers 1,800 residential units and 196 administrative units. It features amenities such as green spaces, swimming pools, and the "Castle Gate" Mall.[10]
  • Ever - West Cairo: Developed in partnership with the Urban Communities Authority, this project covers 40 acres and comprises residential, commercial, administrative, and medical sections.[11]
  • Ever New Cairo: Launched in February 2024, Ever New Cairo spans approximately 128 acres and offers villas and apartments designed with European standard.[12]

Cred Developments rebranded and expanded in 2022.[13] In 2023, the company announced the "Ever West" project and signed a consultancy agreement with Dex Squared[14]. Additionally, Mansour has supported Egypt's athletes for the 2024 Paris Olympics.[15]
