I've added the note about geo-stubs here... one of the main criteria for creating a separate geo stub category (in this case, Suriname-geo-stub), is the number of geo-stubs found in the respective geo-stub parent category (in this case, SouthAm-geo-stub). If Suriname geo-stubs are simply marked with Suriname-stub, there is less likelihood of a separate geo-stub category ever being created than if the articles are double stubbed,as they will not be noticed during tallies of the geo-stub parent categories.
