Fair use claim[edit]

The result was to delete the image. Non-free images of living people are normally considered replaceable, please see WP:NFC#UUI point 1. January (talk) 18:25, 2 February 2014 (UTC)

I was asked to upload this image here by Amanraj6 (talk · contribs) who was having problems with it on Commons. The file in question has since been deleted as fair use. I cropped the original to roughly the same proportions and uploaded it as fair use as the editor claimed it had no license attached. I am not sure that she has an understanding that a file cannot simply be uploaded "without any licensing/copyright issue". I have tried to comply with the fair use standards.--Auric talk 02:59, 21 January 2014 (UTC)
