The Original Xbox was the first videogame console to feature a built-in HDD, and it was a pretty common Desktop PC's 3.5" IDE 8GB/5400RPM, like this Western Digital Protégé (WD80EB-28CGH1) of my first Xbox. One thing that I never understood is the date stamp on the "Equipo de Programacion" (This Xbox was Made in Mexico) sticker. The date shown is '26 DEZ. 2002', but the Xbox was made in 29-DEC-2001 and I bought it in February 2002, so who knows... |
