For use in No. 22 Squadron IAF fair use rationale text: This image, Mig-27ml.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (ranam) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because it depicts visually, and for want of freely available images, the use of Mig 23ML aircraft by the no. 22 sqn of the Indian Air Force. Moreover, the images do not come from a commercial source. There is no loss of revenue. Though the images are not in public domain the Indian Information Act states that they can be used to dissipate information. Therefore this image is in fair use.
