A Cheetah is disturbed from his slumber as he looks up to glance at the stupid humans oggling at him from behind teh glass pane. The cheetah can run faster than any other land animal, as fast as 96 to 104 km/h (60 to 65 mph) in short bursts covering distances up to 500 m (1,600 ft), and has the ability to accelerate from 0 to over 100 km/h (62 mph) in five seconds. You can see pictures of cheetahs in the wild in my Kenya Animals set. (Al Ain, UAE, Dec. 2012)
